Added support for video clips,

• Video can be played back as part of a scene (by specifying location and size) or stretched to fill the entire scene
• It is possible to play only a part of the video clip by specifying the start and end time, and this segment can also be looped
• When video ends, you can set the transition to the next scene or another story block.

The editor works with most .mp4 codecs supported by browsers. Video in .webm format, as practice has shown, is not reproduced on all browsers and devices.
There may be problems in the Safari browser, these problems will be resolved in the next update.

Added an example demonstrating the possibility of using a video on the example of a small excerpt of the game "Time Gal"
